Terms of Use
Effective October 22, 2026
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use Lucky VMM Dating. When creating a profile, you must enter your date of birth and confirm it is accurate. We calculate age on the server and reject profile creation if the person is under 18. The same adult age requirement applies to free accounts and paid memberships.
Honest and respectful use
Provide truthful profile information. Harassment, threats, impersonation, scams, solicitation, explicit illegal content, and attempts to obtain money or financial information are prohibited. Human trafficking, including sexual exploitation, is strictly prohibited. Users may not aid, abet, encourage, or facilitate human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.
Member responsibility
Compatibility results are estimates, not guarantees. Verify identities carefully, keep early conversations on the platform, meet first in a public place, and report suspicious conduct.
Subscriptions and crypto payments
Card subscription prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase and renew monthly until canceled. Customers may cancel future card renewal through the billing portal. A verified Nexora, Vlinkpay, Cash App, or cryptocurrency payment provides 30 days of access and does not renew automatically. Crypto payments require manual verification. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; the customer is responsible for using the exact asset, network, address, and amount shown.
Included video-call time
Basic membership includes 60 video-call minutes per monthly billing period, and Premium includes 180 minutes. The member who starts a call uses their included balance. Calls end when the included balance or the plan’s per-call limit is reached. Unused minutes do not roll over. When the balance is exhausted, video calls are unavailable until the next monthly billing period begins. Additional minutes cannot be purchased. We do not charge per minute, per call, or for other in-app interactions. The only recurring charge is the monthly membership price shown at checkout.
Enforcement
Lucky VMM Dating may restrict or remove profiles that violate these terms or present a safety risk. Members may block, report, or delete their accounts.
Service status
Features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance or payment-provider outages may temporarily affect access.
