Acceptable Use Policy

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Lucky VMM Dating. Do not use the service to contact, target, groom, exploit, or endanger a minor.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Lucky VMM Dating to post, send, request, promote, facilitate, or engage in:

• Sexually explicit content in profiles, photos, messages, or video calls; escorting, prostitution, paid companionship, or commercial sexual services; or sexual solicitation.
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or attempts to obtain sexual images from a minor.
• Sexual violence, coercion, threats, harassment, or non-consensual intimate images or recordings.
• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or aiding, abetting, encouraging, or facilitating abuse or exploitation.
• Scams, fraud, impersonation, requests for money or financial information under false pretenses, or other attempts to defraud users.
• Illegal activity, threats of violence, or content that encourages another person to commit an illegal act or abuse.

Safety and reporting

Be truthful and respectful. Do not pressure anyone to share personal, financial, or intimate information. Use the service’s available block and report features to flag concerning behavior, or contact luckyvmmdating@gmail.com.

To report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse, use the in-app report feature or email luckyvmmdating@gmail.com with the member’s profile name or other identifying details and a brief description. Do not download, copy, forward, or upload suspected child sexual abuse material. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Child safety incident response and enforcement

Reports are added to a private moderation queue available to the site administrator. The administrator reviews the report and available account information, and records the outcome. When a child-safety concern is suspected, the account is restricted from member discovery and video calls while it is reviewed. Confirmed child-safety violations result in removal of the violating content and termination of the account. We may also report the conduct to law enforcement.

When we obtain actual knowledge of facts indicating an apparent violation covered by applicable U.S. law, we report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline as soon as reasonably possible, as required by law. We preserve relevant report and account records securely and restrict access to personnel who need them for safety, legal compliance, or a lawful request. We cooperate with valid law enforcement requests. Lucky VMM Dating does not promise or conduct continuous monitoring or proactive scanning of private communications.
