Refund Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
This policy applies to paid memberships and other paid access to Lucky VMM Dating, operated by Lucky VMM LLC.
Membership subscriptions
You may cancel a card subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access generally remains available through the end of the current billing period. A cancellation does not automatically refund a charge for a billing period that has already started.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged twice, were charged the wrong amount, or paid but did not receive the access purchased, contact us promptly. We will review the transaction and the details provided and resolve confirmed billing errors. Other refund requests are reviewed individually and handled as required by applicable law.
Digital currency payments
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Check the payment asset, network, wallet address, and amount before sending. If a payment is not credited or appears incorrect, contact support with the transaction ID so we can review it.
