Law Enforcement Requests

Lucky VMM Dating, operated by Lucky VMM LLC, reviews requests from law enforcement for account information in accordance with applicable law and our privacy obligations.
Where to send a request
Authorized law enforcement representatives may send requests to luckyvmmdating@gmail.com. Please use an official agency email address and include the agency name, a direct contact, the relevant case or reference number, the legal authority for the request, the specific account identifiers, and the information and time period requested.
Review and response
We review requests to assess their authenticity, legal basis, scope, and jurisdiction. We may ask the requesting agency to clarify or narrow a request. We disclose information only when we determine disclosure is legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law, and limit any disclosure to the request’s lawful scope.
Emergency requests and preservation
Requests involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury are reviewed promptly and handled as applicable law permits. Requests to preserve information are reviewed under applicable legal requirements. A preservation request does not itself authorize disclosure.
Notice and account questions
Where legally permitted, we may notify an affected user before disclosing information. We may delay or withhold notice when the law requires or permits us to do so. Users with privacy questions can review our Privacy Policy or contact luckyvmmdating@gmail.com.
